Resolving AndroidTMconnectivity issues
Since its release in August 2016, some of our users have been experiencing connectivity issues using the Windows® 10 Anniversary Update (this can also occur with Windows® 8 and 8.1). These issues have arisen due to the program not recognising their smartphone devices when users connect them to their personal computers. Wiko has developed a step-by-step tutorial, which is easy to follow, in order to assist its users in resolving this issue quickly by re-installing their driver software.
