Open "Contacts" app :
- tap on ,
- tap on  "Settings,
- tap on "Import",
- tap on ".vcf file" or "SIM Card",
- tap ok,
- select "Device" or "account",
- select the file to import at the bottom of the screen : "contacts.vcf".
